Convention participants also have the opportunity to engage in educational programming, partially funded through the generous donations from alumnus Brother Al Shonk. Educational programming varies year by year and is curated to meet the specific needs of selected undergraduate officers, chapter advisors, and other undergraduate and alumni brothers. Topics can vary from Fraternity-specific education, chapter excellence, risk management, wellness, and personal and professional development.
