PhiredUp and its sister company, TechniPhi, provide educational training to teach how to recruit better and retain more high-quality members. They also provide strategic coaching to give you a long-term recruitment plan. In addition, through their technological solutions and programs like ChapterBuilder and CampusDirector, TechniPhi helps manage and organize the recruitment process. In honor of this partnership, Phi Sigma Kappa IHQ hosted a giveaway through Instagram to promote access to the digital classroom to our members.

As for our chapter winner, two of our chapters reached a threshold of 100% member completion on PhiredUp’s recruitment training. After a fast race to the top, the Phi Upsilon chapter at Valparaiso University finished first to become the winner of our giveaway and receive their cash reward of $1,000 to be used on chapter funds. Northeastern University will also receive a $500 stipend for second place. As for our individual winners of the Phi Sigma Kappa Care Package, keep an eye on your email to see if you won!
