Purpose

The Phi Sigma Kappa Foundation, Inc. is a charitable and educational tax-exempt organization, separate and independent from the Fraternity, whose express purpose is to promote academic excellence and serve as an educational funding resource for the members of Phi Sigma Kappa. Through leadership initiatives such as the Shonk Leadership School, Zillgitt Leadership Institute and our scholarship programs, the Phi Sigma Kappa Foundation is preparing our members for a life guided by the Cardinal Principles of Brotherhood, Scholarship and Character.

A 21-member Board of Trustees guides the Foundation. The Foundation Executive Director and staff oversees the day-to-day operations for the Foundation. The administrative office is based at the International Headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The Phi Sigma Kappa Foundation and Grand Chapter of Phi Sigma Kappa are working together to ensure the best possible fraternity experience for every student who becomes a Phi Sig. The Foundation strives to make a difference in every Phi Sig's experience through programs and scholarships, encouraging our members to consider "building a bridge" of support for the next generation of students intent on dedicating their lives to the Cardinal Principles of Phi Sigma Kappa.
