PSKP has provided the following brochure to aid chapter leaders in their understanding of our involvement criteria. When considering an application for property acquisition, PSKP carefully considers the Chapter, Location, Economics and Physical Attributes (C.L.E.P.) of the request. The chapter does not need to meet all aspects of the criteria outlined to qualify for assistance. This brochure is designed to provide an understanding of the attributes we look for.
