Phi Sigma Kappa Internet Privacy Statement

The privacy of our Fraternity brothers’ personal information is of vital importance. The Fraternity’s goal is to ensure the highest level of confidentiality and security of any information given to us.

Please be assured that Phi Sigma Kappa will not give, lend or sell the personal information of our members to any outside company for marketing or solicitation purposes. The only exception would be to fulfill legal or regulatory requirements.

Fraternity members have the right to refuse future correspondence in any manner, including e-mail, fax, telephone, or postal service. To eliminate any personal information or mode of communication, please contact the International Headquarters.

Safe and Secure Online Donations

The Phi Sigma Kappa web site is safe and secure. Online payment options are provided by Authorize.net. Authorize.net offers a secure internet bridge between merchants and payment processing networks. Data is transferred via a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Internet Protocol (IP) connection. Authorize.net manages the complex routing of payment information to the proper credit card processor.

Refund Policy

In the event that an individual would like to seek a refund of a donation or dues payment, he should contact Executive Director Michael Carey within 90 days of the original donation. Brother Carey can be reached at michael@phisigmakappa.org or at 317/573-5420. Information will be provided and concerns addressed within 15 business days of the original request.

In the event that a credit card has been double-billed for a donation or dues payment, please contact the International Headquarters immediately. Please submit a copy of the credit card statement to the International Headquarters at the address below to the attention of Leslie Smith. A credit will be issued back to the credit card in a timely fashion.
