Leadership Opportunities

• Since 1975, the Phi Sigma Kappa Foundation has provided funding for the Fraternity's leadership programs. In the past, the Foundation has provided full or partial funding for the Shonk Undergraduate Leadership School, the Lowe Volunteer Officers Conference and the regional leadership conclaves.
• Leadership Schools are held on an annual basis and offer a variety of workshops on topics such as chapter finances, chapter organization, officer training, member recruitment, risk management, interview/resume techniques and career dressing.
• The regional conclaves are held each winter in locations across the country in order to expose a greater number of undergraduates to these leadership opportunities.
• The Lowe Volunteer Officers Conference is held each summer in conjunction with the Shonk Undergraduate Leadership School. Chapter advisers, alumni club officers and other Phi Sig volunteers attend workshops on a variety of topics.
