Regional Conclaves

Several regional conclaves are held each winter in order to expose a large number of members to leadership opportunities. Every chapter and colony is required to send at least six delegates to the conclave designated for its region of the country.

Held on various weekends throughout January and February, the meetings are facilitated by key volunteer officers and members of the International Headquarters staff.

The 2012 conclaves will begin on Friday at 9 p.m. and will continue throughout the day on Saturday. When making hotel reservations, you should note that your delegates should be ready to begin by 9 p.m. on Friday and stay until about 6 p.m. Saturday evening. Some chapters will be asked to stay later for personal attention. You will be notified if that is the case with your group.

There are no negotiations with local hotels. Each chapter/colony should book rooms in the Chatham University area. The conclave will take place in Woodland Hall - Room 103. This is located next to the Chatham University Art Gallery, which can be found on Google Maps. Brothers should enter campus from Murray Hill Avenue (accessible from both Wilkens and Fifth Avenue) and park in the library parking lot. Woodland Hall is right across the quad from the library. Enter through the door on the right.
